1. By Bus
   Take Tainan City Bus Red 3 and get off at “Tainan Prison”, walk along Mingde Rd. for 5 minutes and then arrive at the Detention Center.

2. By driving
   
   • By National Freeway No. 1:
     Drive on National Freeway No.1 and exit at No.86 East-West Expressway, driving toward Guanmiao, exit at Wudong-Datan Interchange, go straight (Zhongzheng Rd. 750m) and turn right (Mingde Rd.850m) after 1.6km to reach the Detention Center.
   • By National Freeway No. 3:
     Drive on National Freeway No.3 and exit at Guanmiao Interchange, continue to drive to No.86 Expressway, exit at Wudong-Datan Interchange, go straight (Zhongzheng Rd. 750m) and turn right (Mingde Rd.850m) after 1.6km to reach the Detention Center.
3. By Taiwan High Speed Rail (or Train)
   
   • To get here by taxi:
     After arriving Taiwan High Speed Rail Tainan Station(if you come by train, detrain at Shalun railway station), you can take taxi at exit4. It is about 3 to 5 minutes to get to the Detention Center
   • To get here on foot or pick up by someone:
     After arriving Taiwan High Speed Rail Tainan Station, you can come out from exit 2 or 3 to walk along Gaotie Boulevard, and keep forward about 850 meter after across Zhongzheng South Rd. It will take about 25 minutes to get to the Detention Center on foot.
