How to apply for certificate of imprisonment/release:

  1. If a relative wants to apply for inmate’s/defendant’s certificate of imprisonment, he/she must inform the inmate/defendant by mail or visitation first, in order to let the inmate/defendant submit an application.
  2. If a relative wants to apply for “power of attorney” (or fingerprints for verification), he/she must inform the inmate/defendant by mail or visitation first, in order to let the inmate/defendant submit an application.
  3. If a released inmate/defendant wants to apply for certificate of release, he/she must arrive at the institution and submit an application to general affairs section with ID card and stamp.

How to retrieve inmate's/defendant's held property or money:

An Inmate/defendant must submit an application to general affairs section of the institution and designate a relative or friend to retrieve it.

How to borrow inmate's/defendant's ID card:

  1. An Inmate/defendant must submit an application to general affairs section of the institution and designate a relative or friend to pick up.
  2. The person must submit an affidavit and return it in 2 weeks.

How to retrieve personal property after an inmate/defendant released:

  1. The inmate/defendant must apply to custodian unit of general affairs section for his/her held property in working hours and come to this institution to retrieve his/her property within one month from the released day.
  2. Please reserve sufficient time for packing up.
