To help inmates re-enrty the society swimmingly, the Center allow selected inmates according to “Regulations Governing Out-of-Prison Labor by Inmates” to leave confinement and working outside when daytime without guidelines, come back by themselves when nighttime, to help them adapt to the society and improve their employability.
